Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

• Enable sales growth and customer satisfaction by working cross-functionally and across Legal to bring strategic products and offerings to market.
• Ensure the correct legal terms and contracting processes are in-place for strategic offerings and enable internal teams to help understand and sell using those terms.
• Provide scalable programmatic support for geo and market expansion of hyperscaler offerings. 
• Support acquisitions and investments through due diligence, deal closure and GTM planning.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

• 5+ years of experience in a contracts or commercial legal roles; software/SaaS experience is an advantage
• BS/MS in Legal Studies, MBA Business Administration, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, including NPI, GTM, and Sales processes
• Ability to read, interpret, and draft business terms and conditions
• Skilled at authoritatively engaging with internal teams to explain policies, answer operational questions and involve additional subject matter experts as needed
• Adept at partnering and working with cross functional teams to drive successful outcomes with our business partners
• Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills - verbal and written
• Program management experience is a plus
• Strong logic and analytical abilities
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, and dependable with deliverables and deadlines
